Return and Refund Policy – Your Basic Needs

Not satisfied with your order or ordered the wrong size? No worries! At Your Basic Needs, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days.


RETURNS in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Send an email to info@yourbasicneeds.com and our team will send you a return form. Please read the conditions on the return form carefully before sending the product back.

Step 2: Fill in the return form completely.

Step 3: Ship your items together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the form. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please make sure the package includes a Track & Trace code.

Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 working days.


EXCHANGES in 4 Simple Steps (for size issues)

Step 1: Email info@yourbasicneeds.com with your order number and the size you would like instead. We will send you a return form for the incorrect product.

Step 2: Fill in the exchange form.

Step 3: Return your items together with the completed exchange form to the address indicated. Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code.

Step 4: Once the package has been sent, we will ship the correct size to you free of charge.


EXCHANGES in 4 Simple Steps (for damaged products)

Step 1: Email info@yourbasicneeds.com with photos or a short video of the defective/damaged product you received, and include a short explanation of the issue.

Step 2: Our team will review the photos/videos and validate the claim.

Step 3: Once validated, we will send you a free replacement order.

Step 4: Our customer service will provide new tracking information so you can follow your replacement order.

  • Before returning products, you must request and include the return form.

  • If the return is initiated by the customer, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (based on the courier of your choice).

  • If the products received are damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
